• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Please contact our support team before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with photographs and order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.

• Perishable goods
• Personal care products where hygiene seals have been removed
• Gift cards and digital products
• Items excluded by law from return eligibility

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item once approved and place a new order for the preferred product.

Refunds
